Starting from December 15, 2024, E-UNION will be authorized to provide SA8000:2014 certification services for enterprises and organizations in mainland China and Hong Kong, helping businesses enhance their social responsibility management and comply with international standards.

**About the SA8000 Social Accountability Standard**
The SA8000 standard, which stands for Social Accountability 8000, is the world’s first international certification standard focused on labor conditions and social responsibility. Originating in the United States, the standard aims to ensure that businesses and their supply chains adhere to ethical practices and uphold the fundamental rights and welfare of workers. Like other international management system standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), SA8000 is a system that can be certified by independent third-party certification bodies and is applicable across industries and organizations worldwide.
